Description: Undergraduate students in their 3rd year or beyond interested in gaining hands-on experience and mentorship working with a scientific start-up company through a 6-month minimum internship during the academic school year (Oct 2025-May 2026). Maintain strong understanding of MSE pillars, particularly AM, FI, and FMOS, coach others in these areas. Perform AM DMS Health Checks, address Line Health Check gaps, and own the Line Loss Analysis by gathering, interpreting, and reporting problem data while maintaining trend analysis. Well-versed in AM DMSs (CL, CIL, AH, and 5S) and Changeover DMS. Collaborate with Shift Managers to ensure all departmental metrics are met, while also training and developing associates and leading Kaizen events.
