Description/Role requirements:

• Support Process Development & Improvement: Assist in the development, execution, and analysis of process improvements, DOE (Design of Experiments), troubleshooting, and ramp-up of battery cell manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Hands-On Engineering & Design: Engage in CAD modeling, mechanical design, fixturing, and working directly on high-speed, automated manufacturing systems.
• Data Acquisition & Analysis: Gather, process, and analyze data to optimize processes, ensure quality, and support decision-making using dashboards, software tools, and inline metrology systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, production, quality, and R&D teams to bridge communication and support smooth integration and scaling of new technologies and equipment.
• Quality & Reliability Focus: Contribute to quality engineering initiatives, root cause analysis, pilot-scale testing, and failure mode analysis to improve product reliability and manufacturing standards.
