Description: Mars Petcare is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist (CIS) to join their exciting pet food business at a manufacturing plant. Engage in FMOS meetings, providing performance data for selected machines and clearly communicating action plans and completed work. Maintain strong understanding of MSE pillars, particularly AM, FI, and FMOS, coach others in these areas. Perform AM DMS Health Checks, address Line Health Check gaps, and own the Line Loss Analysis by gathering, interpreting, and reporting problem data while maintaining trend analysis. Well-versed in AM DMSs (CL, CIL, AH, and 5S) and Changeover DMS. Collaborate with Shift Managers to ensure all departmental metrics are met, while also training and developing associates and leading Kaizen events.
