Description: The intern will learn the role a QC department plays in pharmaceutical manufacturing. They will have an opportunity to understand the what the day to day work in both Microbiology and Analytical QC laboratories is. They will partner with QC staff to understand their daily testing and workflow and will help standardize the laboratory organization using lean tools. This will afford the intern an opportunity to understand what value added work and non-value added work within a QC organization look like.
